ANYONE having an urgent need or knowledge of one, please post in the comments below or contact us with the details.
Pray the Father provides the funds needed to further help the needy.
Several brothers have carried the financial burden for several needy families in recent months and have been significantly drained to the point they cannot do much more without others joining to help. Please consider helping prayerfully and financially. We have a GoFundMe project set up and donations can be given using the “Donate” page.
Urgently Needed Items and Support Include:
- Furniture
- Ongoing support and donations for housing: https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-the-ozark-area-homeless-widows-orphans-and-needy

Below is part of a message I received via email from Johan Lotriet.
“I’m reaching out to share the story of an older couple we have known since 2022 who are in urgent need of a safe home.
They currently live in an old 5th-wheel camper that is in very poor condition. They have not had standard electricity for three years, relying instead on a single extension cord to alternate power between a space heater, the refrigerator, and the water heater. The camper also has significant water leaks, resulting in a serious mold hazard and insect issues.
Despite these hardships, they are incredibly kind and devoted to their faith. They regularly spend time handing out Bible verses and praying with people in the community. They previously used their small car to drive other elderly residents to Shabbat services until the vehicle was lost in an accident last November. Because Ron earned less than $13 per hour before retiring, their Social Security income is very limited, and they have no family to support them.
We are praying that our community can help us build a small home (approximately 480–500 sq. ft.) for them on our property. We have the space available and will cover their electricity and other ongoing needs. Jodi has already expressed a desire to give back by volunteering at Bread of Life once they are settled.
We are simply asking for help with the construction of this small home.”
Melissa and her daughter have moved into an apartment. It is unfurnished and they are in urgent need of the items listed below. She has asked if we could help. Folks, this widow is crying out for help. Please help us search and get these things for them.
Washer + Dryer (Electric)
Mattress (queen+)
2 bed frames for queens
dresser
nightstand
kitchen table
trash cans
bathroom storage
Couch
Pots & Pans
Kitchen appliances
candles
bookshelf
desks
Shower curtain w/ rod
Window curtains w/rods
Please take any items other than large heavy things, to Bread of Life Thrift & Grocery. She volunteers there and pick them up from there.
I am able to donate a dresser with mirror, matching nightstand, and headboard (this does NOT include a frame, it’s for a queen).
